Ms. Alisha

Eagle Infant Lead

Ms. Alisha is so excited to be a part of Endeavor Montessori at Dunwoody. She currently holds a Diploma in Educational Psychology and is certified in areas of Special Education with an Advanced Diploma in Montessori and Early Childhood Education (AMS). She is also a yoga certified teacher for Early Years and a Gemiini certified professional (an online therapy program and is a clinically proven way to increase language, reading and social skills through a play-based learning system). Her future career goal is to pursue a Master’s Degree in Child Psychology and special education.

She started her career as an Infant Toddler Teacher and has eight years of teaching experience. She loves working with kids because she thinks it is so amazing to watch them discover their own world in their own way. She is dedicated to the social and emotional development of each child and she believes in giving children the best opportunities to learn through freedom of choice and independence through Montessori methods, positive guidance and a holistic approach for their overall development.

She is also Montessori mom for over 15 years and in her free time she likes to read, do yoga and meditation, gardening, cooking and listening to music. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.

Her goal is to help every child reach their full potential through the Montessori Method of Education and by creating a positive environment, where the child feels comfortable to work, develop, learn and grow at their own individual pace.
