At Endeavor Montessori, we prioritize the well-being and safety of our students. We believe that in order to properly nurture a child’s mind, body and spirt, we must provide a learning environment where our students and families feel safe and sound. We pride ourselves in having a caring community, a safe learning environment and a highly secure campus.
Trained and prepared staff
We have developed a detailed emergency preparedness plan that is tailored to our location and we adhere to the highest standards of safety and security. SecureEd consultants, highly trained former US Secret Service Agents, come in every year to train our entire staff on how to respond quickly and appropriately in any emergency situation. We also perform quarterly lockdown drills to further ensure emergency preparedness. Our staff is CPR certified and we have an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) onsite to safeguard our students in any medical emergency.
Secure Facilities
We have a state-of-the-art security camera monitoring system inside our classrooms and around the campus. All of our classrooms are also equipped with an intercom system for emergency notifications. All doors are locked 24/7 and parents have entry access with a key fob or keyless entry pin. Any visitors and vendors are screened immediately with Raptor Visitor Management software before being allowed to enter the campus. Raptor Technologies, the Gold Standard in School Safety, allows us to screen out registered sex offenders, manage custody issues, and effectively respond to emergencies.
We pride ourselves in having presidential-level security at Endeavor Montessori. Our partners at Secure Education Consultants have taken their talents “from the white house to the school house” for site assessments, emergency preparedness planning and critical incident response training.
