Endeavor Montessori is filled with highly trained, certified, and passionate faculty who bring their energetic spirits and knowledge to the classroom every day.

Our entire staff – administrators, lead teachers, assistant teachers, and enrichment specialists – is dedicated to creating a strong sense of community and delivering the best educational experience in the area. Our experienced staff is committed to presenting concepts in engaging, innovative ways that spark the child’s inner curiosity and imagination.

Our lead teachers are required to have at least a 4-year degree and AMS certification. The classrooms are guided by the lead teacher and have one or two assistant teachers for support. We have a low student-to-teacher ratio and our students receive individualized attention from our staff every day.

“And so we discovered that education is not something which the teacher does, but that it is a natural process which develops spontaneously in the human being. It is not acquired by listening to words, but in virtue of experiences in which the child acts on his environment. The teacher’s task is not to talk, but to prepare and arrange a series of motives for cultural activity in a special environment made for the child.” – Maria Montessori in The Absorbent Mind
